This week’s STAR is consistently improving. She shows wonderful perseverance, always giving things her best effort and facing new challenges with a smile. She throws herself into every activity, never afraid to have a go and learn something new. Her confidence continues to grow, and we are so proud of all the progress she is making. She also keeps us entertained with her quick wit and sense of humour. We're so proud of you! 

This weeks GOAT is a friendly and valued member of the team who leads by example. She is always helpful, whether collecting equipment or supporting others with their tasks. She listens carefully to feedback, acts on advice, and consistently works hard to develop her skills and improve her performance. Fantastic work!
